Everytime and everywhere we have to make decisions and our lives are full of them. Such as what to eat, what to wear, what job to take and so on. Yes unfortunately sometimes You make bad decisions that can leave you unhappy. Sometimes you can not control it, but you really want to be better decision maker. So do not worry because we are here to help YOU.

Here are steps which are going to help you.

Step 1

Stop thinking about the problem

Distract yourself- Sometimes the best way to stop thinking about something is to do something physical to distract yourself. Talk about it with your sister or friend. Share your thoughts with whom you trust.

Step 2

Take action

You should be ready for taking a positive action. Stop over-thinking things. When we over-think things, we start to get paralysis of analysis. Stop, get up, and do it.

Step 3

Control what you can control.

A leader has to wear multiple hats. The more you focus on what you can control, the quicker you will be at making big decisions. It’s important to focus on what is in your direct control.

Making decision is a part of our life. Now what? Stop thinking, just remember all of this steps and take action right now. Time is money and you are better decision maker than you know.
